01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the PKR Games platform, including registered account holders and visitors. Access to and use of the PKR Games platform — including casino games, live casino, fish shooting games, sports betting, esports markets and any promotions or bonuses — is subject to your acceptance of these terms without modification.

03 Account Rules

Your PKR Games account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.
• All account activity — deposits, bets, withdrawals and bonus claims — is logged and associated with your registered profile.
• PKR Games accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person under any circumstances.
• Account balances cannot be transferred between accounts. Each registered account operates independently.

PKR Games reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including before processing withdrawals. This may involve requesting a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership or other supporting documentation. These checks are carried out to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on PKR Games are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, hidden exchange rate markups or foreign transaction fees applied by the platform. What you deposit in PKR is what appears in your account balance in PKR.

PKR Games supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast bank transfers, direct bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallet transactions via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly. Raast transfers and direct bank transfers are subject to standard banking network processing times.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends funds to your account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified personal account in your name. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• PKR Games does not charge withdrawal fees on its side, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Funds deposited in error cannot always be reversed once credited to your account. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe an error has occurred.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR Games offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket-season specials and PSL promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is made. You should read the bonus conditions before opting in.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and may be subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be played through before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and fish games may each have different contribution rates. These are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, combined with other offers (unless stated) or converted to cash without meeting the stated wagering conditions.

06 Casino & Gaming Rules

The PKR Games casino section includes slots, live casino tables, fish shooting games and instant win games. All games operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer streams provided by third-party game suppliers. The outcomes of all casino games are determined independently of PKR Games.

• All bets placed in casino games are final once confirmed. Technical issues on the player's side — including connection drops, closed browser tabs or device shutdowns — do not automatically entitle a player to a refund of a placed bet.
• In the event of a confirmed technical error on PKR Games' side that affects game outcome, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. This determination is made by PKR Games' technical team.
• Game-specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, return-to-player (RTP) information and paytables are provided within each game. Players are encouraged to review this information before playing.
• Live casino games involve real-time human dealers. Technical interruptions to live streams are handled according to the specific rules of the live provider. PKR Games will communicate any resolution clearly.
• Fish shooting games operate on a skill-and-odds hybrid model. In-game multipliers, weapon costs and fish values are displayed within the game interface.

PKR Games does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes from any casino or gaming product. Casino games are entertainment products with a house edge, meaning the platform retains a statistical advantage over time. Play within your entertainment budget accordingly.

07 Sports Betting Rules

The PKR Games sports section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI and Test matches), football leagues, esports tournaments and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

• Bets are accepted up until the market closure time specified for each event. Live in-play bets are accepted as long as the relevant market is open during the event.
• All cricket bets — including PSL match bets, over-by-over markets, player milestone bets and tournament winner markets — are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant cricket board or governing body.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a specified period after the scheduled start, bets may be voided and stakes returned. The specific rule depends on the market type and is stated in the individual market conditions.
• In the event of a result being officially revised (for example, due to a DRS decision or post-match score correction), settled bets will be re-settled in accordance with the revised official result.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed when placing a bet and protect the platform from unusually large liabilities on single events.
• Minimum bet amounts apply per market. These vary by sport, event and market type.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• PKR Games reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds due to manifest error (for example, odds entered incorrectly that clearly do not reflect the true market). Players will be notified promptly in such cases and stakes returned.

08 Fair Play & Prohibited Use

PKR Games is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker formats or any competitive game mode to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any profits obtained through confirmed exploitation will be forfeited.
• Placing bets with access to non-public information about match outcomes, player conditions or event results that are not available to the general public (insider information).
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraudulent payment activity or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or systematically extract data from the PKR Games platform.

PKR Games uses monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play, betting behaviour and account activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily restricted pending review. This is not an indication of guilt and is a standard protective measure.

09 Privacy & Data

PKR Games collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data — including name, contact details and payment information — is used to operate your account, process transactions and comply with security and anti-fraud obligations.
• PKR Games does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud, multiple account creation or bonus abuse may be temporarily restricted pending review. Affected players will be notified.
• If an account is permanently closed due to a verified violation of these terms, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited in full.
• If an account is closed for reasons not related to a terms violation — for example, at your own request — any remaining verified balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method after identity verification is completed.
• You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting PKR Games support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Changes to These Terms

PKR Games may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via an updated version of this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make additional efforts to notify active account holders.
